Event & Productions Business Unit Manager
Pulse Services Group is seeking a dynamic Event & Productions Business Unit Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of high-impact events and productions across the group. This is a senior role for a results-driven leader who can turn creative vision into flawless execution while building scalable production operations.
Role Overview
What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution
Develop and execute plans for events such as product launches, corporate gatherings, promotional campaigns, and more
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology requirements.
Team Leadership
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery
Budget Management
Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize value
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with objectives
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Post-Event Analysis
Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and produce detailed reports
Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
Recommend improvements for future events
